The video starts with an extract of « inside out ». Then we can see 2 boys, Hugo and Corto. We
can see that they are watching « inside out » on Tv and then, Hugo asks Corto about anxiety. He
doesn’t understand why she is named like that. In fact, there is a character in the movie who
represents anxiety and who’s called « anxiety » in the brain of the little girl.
So Hugo is confused about anxiety and stress. Corto is seen as an expert in psychology, especially
in the field of old age. This is why he can explain to Hugo the phenomenon that is stress and the
effect it has on a group of people.
Then there is a transition and we can see Corto in a classroom. So, Corto bases his arguments
and explanation on 2 psychological studies that have been conducted. The most important study of
wich Corto talks about is about a physical program that applies to a group of elderly people.
We can imagine that Hugo can watch corto when he is explaining to the camera and to the
audience. After another transition, Corto is back with Hugo and now we can understand that Hugo
will no longer confuse stress and anxiety. The video ends on a TV screen that turns off.
